I’m Hannah Wolf, a systemic coach, certified diversity trainer, and university lecturer in personal development. In my work, I support people and teams in finding clarity, growing together, and navigating change with courage and compassion.
What I believe at the core: Real growth happens in connection.
That’s why I was genuinely happy to be part of the Guidelines for Training International Students to Become Mentors. This project is not just smart – it’s empowering, heartfelt, and has real impact.
It gives international students the chance to not only find support, but to become mentors themselves. That’s powerful. Because it helps build something I deeply believe in: shared confidence.
When one person starts believing in themselves – it spreads. It lifts others, too. And we need more of that in our world.
As a coach, I know how crucial it is to feel seen, encouraged, and trusted. I’ve experienced that myself: having mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and reminded me I didn’t have to do everything alone. That made all the difference.
That’s also why I love working with students. This phase of life is full of questions, pressure, and possibility. I think we all need to show up for each other with kindness and courage – especially across different backgrounds. Mentoring helps us do just that.
It creates space for growth, but also for belonging. And that’s what makes this project so special:
It doesn’t just help individuals grow – it helps people grow together. Across cultures. Across languages. Across borders.
True change begins when we feel safe enough to be seen – and strong enough to believe in ourselves. Mentoring can create exactly that space.
I’m truly grateful to be part of something so meaningful.
